Regulation 6035: Sale of Used Equipment

Used equipment being traded in on new equipment may, at times, be made available for purchase. The purchase price is generally the trade-in value of the equipment. Notices will be posted publicly when such equipment is available. This equipment will be sold on a "first come, first served" basis determined by time of receipt in the school Business Office. This request must indicate the name of the manufacturer, the serial number of the piece of equipment being purchased, and the location of the equipment.

The School District is in no way responsible in the event of a complaint by the purchaser (the equipment is to be purchased "as is").
