1.    Call the Meeting to Order at 12:00 pm 

President Victoria Bayard Tipp asked for a motion to open the public meeting at 12:03 pm.

Motioned by Warren Messner to open the public meeting at 12:03 pm.  Seconded by Jane Kimmel Shepardson.  Motion carried 5-0.

2.    Proposed Executive Session, subject to Board approval, to discuss Matters of Safety

Motioned by Holly McCall to adjourn into Executive Session to discuss Matters of Safety.  Seconded by Hilary Grasso.  Motion carried 5-0.

3.    Reconvene Special Public Meeting

Motioned by Hilary Grasso to reconvene the public meeting at 1:01 pm.  Seconded by Jane Kimmel Shepardson.  Motion carried 5-0.

4.    President’s Report & Discussion re. 2020-21 Board of Education Committee Selection Process

Public Comment Period:
We welcome public comments, and in respect for each other's time, we ask that you limit your comments to three minutes. Board members may be contacted via email or phone.  After the public comment period has been completed, Board members may have a discussion among themselves regarding comments presented.

Motioned by Holly McCall to adjourn the meeting at 1:53 pm.  Seconded by Jane Kimmel Shepardson.  Motion carried 5-0.
