Resignation for the Purpose of Retirement:

3.1

Approve of CSE summaries reported to the Board on September 1, 2010.

Revised Board of Education Meeting Schedule to include April 26, 2011 and September 7, 2010.

Approve contract with Chappaqua Children's Workshop (CCW) for 2010-11 in the amount of $3,000.

 

 

3.4

Be it resolved that the Board of Education hereby authorizes and approves the appointment of Keane and Beane, P.C. as special counsel fo matters of real property development, land use, planning, and environmental law at an hourly rate of two hundred ten dollars ($210.00) per hour. The District has the right to terminate this appointment at any time.

(Contingent upon 5.1 and 5.2 below.) Approve services of Hawkins Delafield and Wood, LLP as bond counsel for refunding of bond, fee is contingent upon sale and issuance of bonds not to exceed $45,000.
