Board President Janet Benton called the meeting to order at 8:00 a.m.

1.

Recommended Action:

1. Adopt Putnam / Northern Westchester BOCES budget

   Jeffrey Mester moved to adopt the following resolution:

   WHEREAS, the Board of Cooperative Educational Services of Putnam / Northern Westchester County (hereinafter "BOCES") has proposed and presented its tentative administrative budget for the 2011-2012 school year (July 1, 2011 through June 30, 2012), now therefore be it

   RESOLVED, that the BOCES tentative administrative budget for the 2009-2010 school year in the amount of $8,444,265 be, and hereby is, approved by this Board.

   Gregg Bresner seconded. After a brief discussion, the motion passed unanimously.

2. Vote for the two vacancies on the BOCES Board

   Alyson Kiesel moved that the Board cast one vote for each of the two candidates:

   Anita Feldman and Richard Kreps who appear on the ballot to serve on the Board Of Cooperative Educational Services Board, beginning July 1, 2011 through June 30, 2012..

   Gregg Bresner seconded and the vote was unanimous.

At 8:15 a.m. Jeffrey Mester moved to adjourn the public meeting. Randall Katchis seconded. The motion passed unanimously.
