President Visser called the meeting to order at 7:32 a.m. and appointed Alyson Gardner as District Clerk Pro Tem. Warren Messner moved to enter into Executive Session to discuss employment history of an individual and to discuss negotiations. Victoria Tipp seconded. The motion passed unanimously. At 8:21 a.m. Victoria Tipp moved to adjourn the Executive Session and reconvene public session. |

Recommended Action: President Visser announced that PNWBOCES had notified all the component school districts of a vacancy on their board due to the August resignation of a board member. It is now time to vote for one candidate to fill one vacancy for the term of office ending on June 30, 2015, on the Putnam Northern Westchester Board of Cooperative Educational Services (PNWBOCES) Board. Candidates: Douglas Glickert, Peekskill, NY Jeffrey Mester, Chappaqua, NY Alyson Gardner moved to cast one vote on behalf of the Chappaqua Central School District Board of Education for Jeffrey Mester. Victoria Tipp seconded. The motion passed unanimously. |

Adjournment: At 8:24 a.m. Victoria Tipp moved to return to Executive Session to continue their discussions. Warren Messner seconded. The motion passed unanimously. At 8:44 a.m. Alyson Gardner moved to adjourn Executive Session and return to public session for the purpose of adjournment. Victoria Tipp seconded. The motion passed unanimously. |
