4.1

BE IT RESOLVED that, the Board of Education hereby approved the attached Agreement for Services for Theresa Markley effective for the 2017/2018 school year, or earlier at the discretion of the Board of Education, and authorizes the Board President to execute this agreement.

4.2

BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Education ratifies the Supplemental Memorandum of Agreement between the District and the Chappaqua Congress of Teachers, dated June 28, 2017, to change the Director of Professional Learning, Inquiry and Innovation to the Director of STEAM with the same stipend of $7,709 for the 2017/2018 school year.
