President Gardner convened the public board meeting at 5:45 p.m.

Moved by Karen Visser to convene the public board meeting at 5:45 p.m. Seconded by Jeffrey Mester. Motion carried 5-0.

Moved by Jeffrey Mester to appoint Alyson Gardner District Clerk Pro Tem. Seconded by Victoria Tipp. Motion carried 5-0.

Moved by Warren Messner to enter into Executive Session to discuss the employment history of a particular person(s). Seconded by Victoria Tipp. Motion carried 5-0.

Moved by Victoria Tipp to reconvene the public board meeting at 9:20 p.m. Seconded by Jeffrey Mester. Motion carried 5-0.
