President Gardner convened the public board meeting at 7:45 a.m.

Moved by Jeffrey Mester to convene the public board meeting at 7:45 a.m. Seconded by Victoria Tipp. Motion carried 4-0. Board member, Karen Visser, was not present.

Moved by Victoria Tipp to appoint Jeffrey Mester District Clerk Pro Tem. Seconded by Warren Messner. Motion carried 4-0. Board member, Karen Visser, was not present.

Moved by Jeffrey Mester to enter into Executive Session to discuss the employment history of a particular person(s). Seconded by Victoria Tipp. Motion carried 4-0. Board member, Karen Visser, was not present.

President Gardner excused herself at 9:00 a.m.

Moved by Victoria Tipp to reconvene the public board meeting at 9:53 a.m. Seconded by Victoria Tipp. Motion carried 3-0. Board members, Alyson Gardner and Karen Visser, were not present.
