The last day to register is August 14th. Student-athletes no longer require a physician's clearance after a positive test for COVID-19 by Chappaqua Central School District. However, students who have been diagnosed with COVID after their annual physical examination must successfully complete our COVID Attestation Form and abide by the Isolation and Precautions for People with COVID-19 measures set by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
