BEFORE YOU REGISTER
Interscholastic athletics in the Chappaqua Central School District are a component of the physical education program and integral to the district's educational vision. The Horace Greeley Athletic program represents our commitment to developing physical fitness, personal health, collaboration and communication skills. Committing to a team helps nurture integrity, pride, loyalty, and character.
There are three sports seasons throughout the year (fall, winter, and spring), and a student may participate in one sport per season. The below requirements must be met before participating.
PHYSICAL APPRAISAL FORM (CURRENT PHYSICAL): A physical exam is required for medical clearance and must have been completed within 12 months prior to the start of any sport season.
MEDICATION ADMINISTRATION FORMS: Forms must be completed if your child requires medication (inhaler, EpiPen, etc.) during practice or competition. The Medication Forms must be completed by a physician and submitted to the health office. All medication must be given to the nurse in the original packaging prior to the start of the season. The nurse will distribute medicine to the coaching staff.
STUDENT PARENT CONCUSSION INFORMATION & DOMINIC MURRAY SUDDEN CARDIAC ARREST PREVENTION: Required reading for all parents and students.

rSCHOOLTODAY ONLINE REGISTRATION PORTAL
rSchoolToday is a safe and secure online platform that provides you with an easy, user-friendly way to register for high school sports programs.
When you initially register through rSchoolToday, your information is saved in your profile so you enter information only once for each family member, which then can be used each time your child signs up to play a sport in the future. However, each student will need to have a current sports physical (valid for 365 days) on file and that must be uploaded to the student's profile. All registration and personal/medical information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) for security purposes.
NEW USERS ONLY will need to create a new account. RETURNING USERS can register with their existing username and password.
WHEN TO REGISTER
The registration window opened Monday, October 31st and closes Wednesday, November 30th. Register as soon as possible to ensure your child’s eligibility for the first day of practice. The Winter season starts on November 28, 2022.
New users will receive a confirmation email from "Chappaqua CSD Sports Registration" with a link to verify your account. Once verified, you will be able to complete your child's registration. Returning users will not need to verify your email address. Once the registration is complete, you can view your account to check for account status. If your account is listed as "pending" your registration is active.
Once the registration and physical information has been reviewed, you will receive an email stating your child has been APPROVED or NOT APPROVED to participate. If your child is not approved you will receive additional information from the school nurse.
