Operoo - New Daily Health Screener Platform
December 3, 2020
Dear Chappaqua Central School District Families,
The District is transitioning from our current health screening form to a full-service health screening platform called Operoo. This tool will expand our ability to collect, report, and analyze information from daily health screening surveys. Our staff has already transitioned to this platform and are using this new application seamlessly each morning.
Families should have already received the following:
- Login Information by Email by 12/5/20
- Daily Notifications by Email/Text to Complete the Screener starting 12/7/20
You can complete the Operoo screener by downloading the mobile app, CareMonkey, or by logging in to use the Operoo website. Here is a link to FAQs and support from Operoo.
If you are experiencing difficulties using either medium or do not receive login information, please email operoo@chappaquaschools.org, and a member of our team will promptly reply with support.
All students attending instruction onsite will begin using Operoo on Monday, December 7, 2020. To support your transition, our traditional health screener will be operational for families in the event there is a problem using the Operoo during the first few days of implementation.
As we move through the implementation process, we will verify that all families have transitioned to Operoo by December 16, 2020, and will discontinue our old screening system on December 17, 2020.
Thank you for your continued support in keeping our schools healthy and safe.
Sincerely,
Josh Culwell-Block
