Dear Chappaqua Central School District Families,

Good morning. I hope this email finds you well. On Thursday afternoon, after I sent you Superintendent’s Update #3, the New York State Education Department released guidance to aid school districts in advancing and refining plans for opening. According to this new document, the information and resources provided are based on the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines and guidance from the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Our administrative team will analyze and use this guidance to inform our planning. We will share any adjustments to our opening plans based on this document at our Wednesday, August 18th webinars with staff and parents.
