2008-09 Operating Budget
Over the next month, the Chappaqua Board of Education will be reviewing the Superintendent's Proposed Budget for the 2008-09 school year. The proposed budget increase of 5.25% supports all of the district's existing programs plus funding for new technology and facilities improvements.
In addition to the Board of Education meetings, Board members, Superintendent David Fleishman , and Assistant Superintendent for Business John Chow, will be participating in PTA budget coffees for parents and community members. These informal coffees are an excellent way in which to become more familiar with the educational programs and budget priorities in the district.
