Please use our support forms for any technology requests, including apps or software, devices, hardware, support, and more. You can also reach out to a member of our Technology or Professional Development teams at any time.
Be sure to enter a Help Desk request before using any new online software service, app, or other tool with students. The Technology Department must review all new technology requests in order to adhere to NYSED Ed Law 2-D, and Part 121 Regulations, and District policies.
Computer Lab Aide Directory
Each school has a Computer Lab Aide assigned to support students, staff, and families. The Support form above is our preferred way of receiving help requests, but you can also reach out to your school's Computer Lab Aide or any member of our team.
