Student Registration
Welcome to the Chappaqua Central School District. We are looking forward to having you join our school community.
Our student registration process is completely electronic. Parents/guardians can complete the process and upload all necessary documents online. Student Registration
All student registration can be completed on this site including:
- Registering K-12 students
- Registering incoming kindergarten students (application opens in February/March each year). CCSD children who are 5 years old by January 1, 2025 are eligible to begin kindergarten in the Fall of 2024.
- Pre-registering students who are not yet school age
- Registering for the Universal Kindergarten Program. CCSD children who are 4 years old by January 1, 2025 are eligible for UPK beginning in the Fall of 2024. Learn more about UPK and enter the lottery by July 26th.
Please note that some forms in the registration, like medical and immunization forms, are not required for pre-registering students who are not yet school age. These forms will be required when the child is ready to begin school.

Registration Requirements
There are a number of documents required throughout this registration process. Please submit as much information as possible in your online registration form. We need this information in order to confirm your child’s eligibility to attend school in the District and to meet New York State requirements.
Please be advised that in order for your child/children to attend the Chappaqua Central School District, you and your child/children must be residents of the School District. Section 210.45 of the Penal Law of the State of New York prohibits the making of a false written statement. Therefore, your statements contained in your registration application must be true and accurate.
If the School District determines at any time that you are not a resident of the School District, your child/children will be excluded from the School District. Further, you will be liable to the School District for payment of tuition from their date of enrollment through their date of exclusion, as well as the costs of collection.
