Our Schools

MySchoolBucks is a secure prepayment service for online account deposits. Payment may be made through an existing PayPal account or with a major credit or debit card. A small convenience fee of $1.95 per deposit transaction is charged by the provider.

The Chappaqua Central School District receives no portion of this user fee and does not benefit in anyway financially by this arrangement. Pre-payments can also be made with cash or check and mailed to, or brought in to, the student's school. 

Accounts must maintain a positive balance at all times. Parents will be alerted weekly to low balances by an automated e-mail alert to your designated e-mail address. A la carte purchases utilizing the prepayment system will be restricted if negative balances exceed $20.

  1. Pre-payments of any amount can be deposited into your child's computerized lunch account, to be used for lunch and/or a la carte purchases.
  2. By checking "NO" a la carte, on the debit card pre-payment form your child will only be permitted to debit a student lunch as described above (They will be allowed to purchase water unless you state otherwise.)
  3. To access pre-payment funds a bar code card will be issued for each elementary student and held in the cafeteria to avoid loss. Middle school and High School students use a pin pad to enter their student ID number. Student photo will appear after pin is entered for verification.
  4. Accounts must maintain a positive balance. Parents will be alerted weekly to low account balances by automated e-mail alert system. Students with a negative account balance greater than $20 will be denied a la carte purchases.
  5. Purchases utilizing the pre-payment system may be restricted until negative balances are rectified.

All balances, positive and negative from the previous school year have been carried over.
