English Language Arts
In high school, the English curriculum encourages students to refine their thinking skills through the study of language, composition, literature, and media. Students read both classic and contemporary literature, discuss literary works in relation to their meanings, form, style, and structure, and develop a growing vocabulary of critical terms.
Students have the opportunity to select from a range of elective courses throughout their high school studies.

Science
Starting Fall 2024, our freshmen students will choose from a range of Science electives designed to build upon their middle school experiences, develop their passions and interests as scientists and engineers, and to prepare them for more advanced coursework as they continue with a range of science graduation requirements and electives throughout their high school career.
A standout feature of Greeley Science is our Science Research program, a multi-year, comprehensive internship-like experience for students in grades 10-12. Students work alongside carefully selected mentors in authentic laboratories around the region and present their research in various competitions and symposiums

Social Studies
The Social Studies experience culminates at the high school with two years of world history, one year of U.S. history and one year of U.S. government and civics. The four pillars are integrated into deep study of complex issues at the global and national level. With a strong emphasis on examination of primary sources and historiography, students continuously engage in evidence based discussion, writing and research.
