Our Team

Staffing Structures

Our staffing structure is designed to support our students, faculty and families as we work together to foster the creation of classrooms that cultivate a sense of community, uphold diverse cultures, and promote a deep sense of belonging.   Our team, composed of two staff developers and a district-wide counselor, is based on the recommendations of our students, staff, and community, through Insight Education’s Equity Audit, the District’s Student Belonging Survey, responses on our Thought Exchange, and a series of DEI focus groups.

While we are fortunate to have three experts on our team, we wholeheartedly recognize that the pursuit of  inclusion and belonging is a collective endeavor that requires the active participation of every member within our school community.

District & School Equity Teams

Our District Equity Team (DET) and School Equity Teams (SET) lead and support building and district-wide efforts to increase student and staff sense of belonging, and to support our culturally responsive and sustaining practices, including the adoption and revision of policies and implementation of practices designed to promote diversity, prevent discrimination, assure equitable access to high quality educational staff, facilities and materials, and to maximize outcomes for all students.
