Our Team
Staffing Structures
Our staffing structure is designed to support our students, faculty and families as we work together to foster the creation of classrooms that cultivate a sense of community, uphold diverse cultures, and promote a deep sense of belonging. Our team, composed of a staff developers and a district-wide counselor, is based on the recommendations of our students, staff, and community, through Insight Education’s Equity Audit, the District’s Student Belonging Survey, responses on our Thought Exchange, and a series of DEI focus groups.
While we are fortunate to have two experts on our team, we wholeheartedly recognize that the pursuit of inclusion and belonging is a collective endeavor that requires the active participation of every member within our school community.
