Regulation 7015: Parking and Curb Cut

Regulation 7015: Parking and Curb Cut

It is the intent and practice of the Chappaqua School District to allow close proximity to district buildings for the discharge and picking up of individuals with handicapping conditions. Towards that purpose the school district has constructed curb cuts at each building and has indicated through appropriate identification and annual communication to all District residents that they are to be used solely for those intended purposes.

It will be the responsibility of the building administrators, or designee(s), to enforce the Curb Cut Policy. Any violation may be dealt with through verbal and written warnings, towing, and in the case of student drivers, suspension of driving privileges on school property.

Building administrators will keep a log listing specific violations and the disposition of each one.
