2010 - Rescheduled Board Meetings Due To Emergency Closings

The Board of Education shall adopt a schedule of regular Board meetings for each school year. Regular meetings may be cancelled due to weather or other emergency circumstances. On days when school is cancelled or dismissed early, or when after school activities are cancelled due to weather, Board meetings may be cancelled at the discretion of the Board President in coordination with the Superintendent.

In the event a regularly scheduled Board meeting is cancelled, the Board President and the Superintendent of Schools shall determine if and when to reschedule the meeting, seeking to ensure all Board of Education members are available to attend on the new date. The District Clerk shall notify all interested parties of the rescheduled meeting date.
