1.    Call the meeting to order at 9:00 am

Motioned by Hilary Grasso to open the meeting at 9:00 am.  Seconded by Ryan Kelsey.  Motion carried 4-0.  Board Vice President Warren Messner was absent.

2.    Proposed Executive Session to discuss matters of safety and security subject to Board approval.

Motioned by Hilary Grasso to adjourn into Executive Session at 9:01 am to discuss matters of safety and security.  Seconded by Ryan Kelsey.  Motion carried 4-0.

Board Vice President Warren Messner joined the meeting at 9:03 am.

Motioned by Ryan Kelsey to reconvene the public work session at 9:28 am.  Seconded by Hilary Grasso.  Motion carried 5-0.

Motioned by Hilary Grasso to adjourn the meeting at 11;00 am.  Seconded by Jane Kimmel Shepardson.  Motion carried 5-0.
