Present:  Board of Education

Staff Members:
    Christine Ackerman, Superintendent of Schools
    Andrew Lennon, Assistant Superintendent for Business
    Joe Gramando, Director of Facilities, Operations & Maintenance

1.    Call the meeting to order.

Motioned by Hilary Grasso to open the meeting at 8:16 am.  Seconded by Ryan Kelsey.  Motion carried 5-0.

Motioned by Hilary Grasso to appoint Andrew Lennon as District Clerk Pro Tempore.  Seconded by Ryan Kelsey.  Motion carried 5-0.

2.    Proposed Executive Session to discuss matters leading to the appointment of particular individuals after which no public action will be taken.

Motioned by Hilary Grasso to adjourn into Executive Session at 8:16 am to discuss matters leading to the appointment of particular individuals.  Seconded by Ryan Kelsey.  Motion carried 5-0.

3.    Reconvene Public Meeting.

Motioned by Hilary Grasso to reconvene the public meeting at 12:20 pm.  Seconded by Ryan Kelsey.  Motion carried 5-0.

Motioned by Hilary Grasso to adjourn the meeting at 12:20 pm.  Seconded by Ryan Kelsey.  Motion carried 5-0.
