    Jane Kimmel Shepardson, President

    Ryan Kelsey
Absent:  Warren Messner, Vice President

Staff Members:
   Christine Ackerman, Superintendent of Schools

1.      Call the meeting to order at 8:15 am.

Motioned by Ryan Kelsey to open the meeting at 8:20 am.  Seconded by Cailee Hwang.  Motion carried 4-0.  Board Vice President Warren Messner was absent.

2.      Personnel

Dr. Ackerman recommended Item 2.1 as stated below.

2.1       Instructional

Appointment:  Probationary
Dr. Sandra Sepe, Principal, Horace Greeley High School, to a probationary appointment in the tenure area of High School Principal, effective August 30, 2022 through August 29, 2026, as recommended by the Superintendent of Schools, $233,000, prorated (pending fingerprint and background check clearances).

Motioned by Jane Kimmel Shepardson to approve Item 2.1 as stated above.  Seconded by Hilary Grasso.  Motion carried 4-0.

4.         Adjournment

Motioned by Hilary Grasso to adjourn the meeting at 8:34 am.  Seconded by Cailee Hwang.  Motion carried 4-0.
