1. Call the Meeting to Order at 4:00 pm
2. Recommended Action: Personnel
2.1 Instructional
Resolution:
WHEREAS, Rosemary Matthews was appointed as Interim Assistant Superintendent for Pupil Personnel Services effective May 26, 2020 and through the maximum period ending December 31, 2020; and
WHEREAS, a new Assistant Superintendent for Pupil Personnel Services commenced employment with the District effective September 1, 2020; and
WHEREAS, Ms. Matthews has agreed to serve as the District’s Interim Director of Special Education and 504 effective September 1, 2020 and through the maximum period ending November 15, 2020;
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Education of the Chappaqua Central School District hereby approves the employment of Rosemary Matthews, effective September 1, 2020 through the maximum period of November 15, 2020, as the Interim Director of Special Education and 504, at a total compensation package of $900 per day, subject to approval by the Commissioner of Education of a waiver under Section 211 of the New York State Retirement and Social Security Law (“RSSL”); and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Board President is authorized to execute an Agreement with Ms. Matthews as Interim Director of Special Education and 504, a copy of which agreement is incorporated by reference within the minutes of this meeting; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board of Education ratifies the actions of the Superintendent of Schools in executing and submitting the Section 211 RSSL waiver request to the New York State Education Department for the period commencing September 1, 2020 through November 15, 2020.

Ms. Nicole Gerringer, Leave Replacement Library Media Specialist, Douglas Grafflin, effective September 1, 2020.
Appointment: Leave Replacement
Ms. Elona Coku, Leave Replacement Teacher of Elementary, Westorchard Elementary School, effective September 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021 (or earlier at the discretion of the Board of Education).
Ms. Cindy Greenberg, Leave Replacement Teacher of English, Horace Greeley High School, effective September 3, 2020 through January 22, 2021 (or earlier at the discretion of the Board of Education).
Ms. Patricia Gray, Leave Replacement Library Media Specialist, Douglas Grafflin Elementary School, effective September 1, 2020 through January 29, 2021 (or earlier at the discretion of the Board of Education).
Mr. Daniel Fanelli, Leave Replacement Teacher of Physical Education, Westorchard Elementary School, effective September 1, 2020 through February 28, 2021 (or earlier at the discretion of the Board of Education).
Resolution:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools and Board President to execute an Agreement, dated September 2, 2020, on behalf of the School District, with Ms. Sennett Cooke, as presented to the Board at this meeting, whereby Ms. Cooke shall perform contract services as an Elementary teacher for the School District for the period commencing September 3, 2020 and terminating June 30, 2021. A copy of this Agreement shall be incorporated by reference within the minutes of this meeting.
Resolution:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools and Board President to execute an Agreement, dated September 1, 2020, on behalf of the School District, with Mr. Travis Edwards, as presented to the Board at this meeting, whereby Mr. Edwards shall perform contract services as a Physical Education teacher for the School District for the period commencing September 2, 2020 and terminating June 30, 2021. A copy of this Agreement shall be incorporated by reference within the minutes of this meeting.
Resolution:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools and Board President to execute an Agreement, dated September 4, 2020, on behalf of the School District, with Ms. Nicole Gerringer, as presented to the Board at this meeting, whereby Ms. Gerringer shall perform contract services as an Elementary teacher for the School District for the period commencing September 1, 2020 (retroactively) and terminating June 30, 2021. A copy of this Agreement shall be incorporated by reference within the minutes of this meeting.

3. Recommended Action: Other
3.1 BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Education approves an amended agreement with Fantasy Flash Video for the creation and editing of 2020 school opening videos for each school, in the amount of $6,500.00, and authorizes the Board President to execute the agreement.
Proposed Executive Session to discuss matters of health, safety and security, the employment history of particular persons, litigation and to receive advice from counsel, subject to Board approval.
