BE IT RESOLVED that, the Board of Education hereby appoints the individuals listed as PSAT and/or SAT and/or ACT proctors to be employed on an "as needed" basis effective for the 2015/2016 school year, or earlier at the discretion of the Board of Education:

Appointment: Part Time

Ms. Pamela Lungen, (.04) Teacher of Elementary Education to provide Academic Intervention Services, Robert E. Bell Middle School, effective November 16, 2015 through May 13, 2016 (or earlier at the discretion of the Board of Education).

Mr. Charles Buchanan, (.5) Athletic Coordinator, District wide, effective December 1, 2015 through March 2, 2016 (or earlier at the discretion of the Board of Education).

Ms. Jane Weiser, Long Term Substitute Retiree Teacher of Elementary Education, Roaring Brook Elementary School, effective September 16, 2015 through December 3, 2015 (or earlier at the discretion of the Board of Education), rate of pay at 1/200 of Teacher Schedule A(BA), Step 1, per diem.

BE IT RESOLVED that, the Board of Education hereby grants a leave of absence, without pay, to Lillian Markowitz, Teacher Aide at Douglas Grafflin Elementary School from March 14-18, 2016.

Rosellen Amoriello, Teacher Aide - Douglas Grafflin Elementary School, 31.25 hours per week effective November 16, 2015.

BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Education authorizes its attorneys Shaw, Perelson, May & Lambert, LLP to initiate an appeal of the decision of Hearing Officer Theresa Joyner to the New York State Review Officer regarding Student No. 601694 at the hourly rate as set forth in the 2015-16 retainer agreement.

Approve contract for Educational Services with Eastchester School District for one student in the amount of $63,222 plus an additional amount $21,200, for each related service or additional service per the contract for the 2015-16 school year

Approve contract for Educational Services with Eastchester School District for one student in the amount of $63,222 plus an additional amount $13,426, for each related service or additional service per the contract for the 2015-16 school year

BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Education ratifies the Supplemental Memorandum of Agreement between the Superintendent of Schools and Board of Education and the Chappaqua Congress of Teachers (CCT) covering employees with the titles of Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Athletic Trainer, Licensed Practical Nurse and Physical Therapist, regarding the modification revising Article 4(C) Work Day, Work Year, in their existing Collectively Negotiated Memorandum of Agreement, dated October 26, 2015 covering the term commencing July 1, 2015 and terminating on June 30, 2018. The Agreement will be incorporated by reference into the minutes of this meeting.

WHEREAS, the District owns the attached list of items which are no longer useful or necessary for school district purposes and of no value to the School District;

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board hereby declares such items to be surplus property and of no value to the School District and authorizes the disposal of such equipment in a prudent manner in accordance with law.

Approve agreement with our asset database vendor Asset Works, effective December 1, 2015 - November 30, 2016, for a cost of $1400, plus any special service fees that may be required per contract.

Approve Chappaqua School Foundation InstaGrant request of $738 for two (2) AlphaBetter Standing Desks requested by Ms. Mara Cohen, Douglas Grafflin Elementary School, Grade 4.
