BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED the district will use these funds to pay the principal and interest payment due on the Energy Performance Contract. |

BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Education hereby appoints Lyn McKay as Superintendent of Schools of the Chapppaqua Central School District for the period of time commencing July 1, 2015 and terminating on June 30, 2018; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Board hereby authorizes its President to execute an Agreement with Dr. McKay which sets forth the terms and conditions of her employment as Superintendent of Schools from July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2018, a copy of which Agreement shall be incorporated by reference within the minutes of this meeting; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that, effective July 1, 2015, the Superintendent's Contract dated March 29, 2011 and the Amendments thereto are hereby declared null and void and of no further effect. |
