Affordable Care Act - establishment of Standard Measurement Period WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act ("ACA") for variable hour employees, the District is required to establish a Standard Measurement Period, adopt an Administrative Period, and a Stability Period; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Board of Education establishes the following periods for the categories of variable hour employees set forth below: |
