President Janet Benton convened the meeting at 7:15 p.m.

2.1	A quorum being present, and after opportunity to discuss the Putnam / Northern Westchester BOCES candidates, Janet Benton moved to vote for one candidate, Alice Joselow of Ossining, to fill the vacancy on the Putnam Northern Westchester Board of Cooperative Educational Services (PNWBOCES) to serve from November 10, 2010 to June 30, 2013. Jeffrey Mester seconded. The motion carried unanimously.
2.2	Randall Katchis moved to revise the 2010/2011 Board of Education Meeting Schedule: to add January 13, 2011 and February 8, 2011. Jeffrey Mester seconded. The motion carried unanimously.

Jeffrey Mester moved to adjourn at 7:25 p.m., Randall Katchis seconded. The motion carried unanimously.
